VBA-SDL-H is a modified version of GBA emulator VisualBoyAdvance with extensive debugging capabilities.
See included readme for usage but basic usage is run from command line
"VisualBoyAdvance-SDL-H.exe name_of_rom.gba"
Press f11 for the debugging console.
