Yeah easily the top three.

Arcomage (found on site here) I thought was a good game with no hoop jumping required too I might add.
DS Mines is ok (also found on site here) ya gotta like the original game of course, also no fuss to us it.

I think its called AmplituDS...that Hb game is pretty cool, I wish they would release some software where we can make our own songs, and put them in.

ScummDS, and NESDS I use frequently!

LemmingsDS is really good too, pretty much contains all the levels from the original lemmings plus expansion packs.

+1 DSOrganize : Great project.

+1 ComicBookDS : a great way to go around the lack of PDF reader. Very useful and well done.

+1 Nitrotracker : one of the best homebrew i've used. Very cleverly done, very complete and... Free. Impressive.

+1 DSNotes : very useful and easy to use, great piece of software.

And i'll add :

+1 GBA_Exploader because i couldn't play GBA games without it (i have R4DS + EZFlash 3 in 1). Maybe there's another solution but i was very glad when i heard about this software.
