You need one of a list of flashcarts to use that, not everyone can obtain an eligible cart. Also that's brick protection, it won't matter if they're just gonna sell it for parts anyway.

Reply I made earlier to the exact same question:
So I used ShowMiiWads to change Puyo Puyo Tsuu into a Europe region WAD (also changed the name to Puyo Puyo 2, I hate it when Puyo Pop is used). For some reason, despite my Wii U Parental Controls being completely off (yes, the Wii Menu ones are off too), this game asks for my Parental Controls...
This is true on real PSP as well.
It's because there's a separate plugin config for POPS (the PSP's, PS2's, and Vita's PS1 emulator).
Make sure your POPS.txt in your seplugins folder is loading cwcheat.
It's a client for NPS, which as I know doesn't have every game on PSN. People actually buy games on PSN just to get the files so they can be put on there, you know.
It's not the platform, it's the price. It's a fucking scam to sell a thing that you can access for free (Google calculator for one) for any amount of money, let alone $10.
I don't know why nobody cared when Nintendo sold those calculators on the DSi. Probably because the DSi can barely access...
I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi
