    I just extracted the ps4 and switch copies to compare but I'm stuck at .dat files in not sure how to read. auto I extracted the LINKDATA.bin to get tons of files although I didn't think to compare extracted files combined size against the linkdata.bin size.

    yes it needs to be connected to the internet. it does not restore anything. if you are scared of the internet connection look up chiodujournx to update offline it will ask to install the exfat update.

    i fixed mine. make sure your on 9.0.1 with atmo 0.9.4 boot switch into normal no cfw then it should ask for the sd card update or to format the sd most likely when you update it didnt get the sdxc update
