    i honestly think that no one will be willing to translate a visual novel just because other people like it. Deltora quest (i looked at it) specifically, is practically a 256 megabyte, a 2-gigabit cartridge, of happy fun compressed text. that is a lot. more than anything i've ever seen before...

    why don't you help me with Summon Night 2? Darthnemesis already made me a nice tool for the script dumps and insertions. and basically all i have left to do is translate a ton of graphics...well...if you want to learn how to do the hacking itself, then i guess moving tiles in circles for an hour...

    no worries...i can sorta read chinese...not really well, but i can tell what's a a word and what's not...i'm pretty familiar with katakana and hirogana...it kinda looks weird because this was just to make it clear enough to read, but i kinda did them quickly...and so some of the tiles are taken...

    i hope you know although adding intros may be possible, there is a reason why intros take so long. in the case of FF2, for snes, where you click on and boom title screen, thats just because theres less to load. in the case of a handheld gaming console, booting up can take a very very long time...

    just take advantage of the economy. when the DSi comes out, DSlite gets cheaper. Get a DSlite instead. there really are minimal differences.

    the one with the best gameplay would have to be Naruto Shipuuden: Dairansen Kage Bunshin no Emaki. it was actually something new. only catch is it's in japanese, but then again, you don't really need to understand what they're saying 'cuz it's all the same anyway.

    thanks a lot darth! i finished the opening menus so now it's back to looking for the other menu stuff. i already found the save menu stuff, so it's just the battle menus and whatever else there may be.
