    Contrary to what you think, I actually agree with you. Especially with all the patent disputes they have going on with Samsung (and other companies), it makes one wonder whether Apple really thinks they own rectangles and black. As for those court cases, none of the design claims made by Apple...

    The reason Honeycomb isn't opensource is they didn't want developers porting it to smartphones (for which it wasn't designed) "and create[ing] a bad user experience"; at least, that's what Google says.
