Hacking ROM Hack Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Cheat Database
I am also interested in having the ability to set EXP gain to 0, or 1. I can't find a way to modify base exp values currently, otherwise you could change those values and make it so Pokemon don't give as much exp- but that data isn't stored in personal data it's stored elsewhere I've been told...- doozsromhacks
