"force CIOS" setting, i just cycled between 249, 250, 251 with different "force video" settings (NTSC or NTSC 480) and "force language" (Korean) settings
1. switching to ios 250 didnt work (gonna try 251 soon tho)

I'm trying to run a Korean game but to no success (black screen and crash), all of my other correct-region games on the drive load good so I ruled out the drive being the issue.

for better understanding though, why does the cable work at playing games and transfering data, but not installing apps?
i should also mention that I'm using the same cable for whenever I wanna play wii backups on another usb drive, is it just not...

What's really cool about Pi's tho is you can have multiple SD cards with different OS on each SD card and change from say a gaming machine to a full fledged pc if wanted
Again you get what you pay for, its like buying a S series for $300 but its only 1440p native, if you want true 4k, gotta get the X model for $500. But yea you right, when moms buying it anyways, you gotta stay cheap.
