ok im back with an update, well i seem to have found my issue and it was the number of games i had in my wbfs. 380 wii ganes 616 in wii ware and homebrew turned into .iso then to wbfs.after removing the 616 it loaded just fine.i tried all versions and they all seem t load very well.

little update still having the same problem with r75 and lower. im going to see if i have my original neek (form the first release) and see if that works ill report later toda and let you guys know.
having trouble loading the game list with r72
my hdd is formatted to fat32 i used wiibackup manger it format it and add all of the games.
i used modmii to build the nand.
now for my problem when i use a fresh nand it dose not show any of the games in the wbfs folder,when i recreate the game...
from what i can tell thats more of a disagrement between them (that im not part of),and there is no real talk about progress in there. i still thank you for the info tho.

what i have done is broke it down in to mutiple nands kinda looks like this.
