I got a cfw instead
I've installed b9s now. I manage to boot to the SafeB9SInstaller payload thru the bootmgr and just followed the guide.

This shows up when booting with button down held... BTW, my main goal is to upgrade to b9s +luma3ds... Would it be safe to follow the 3ds.guide??
PS. I've added bootmgr... It now shows SaltFW
So I bought a 2nd hand N3DS XL with cfw installed with it. The problem is even the seller doesn't know what cfw is installed...
It currently runs on 11.9, it can boot without the sd card, and pressing select on boot does nothing and boots normally... Can anyone help me to identify which cfw is...
I had a weird thought, Sega with the Saturn it was a train wreck a pile of chips, but it does kind of fit the design philosophy of Sega at the time.... The Genesis/Sega CD/32X machine was probably loads of fun to program for
