This patch is meant to allow you to use Dream Radar or Pokémon Transporter without using a physical version of the game. This allows you to use Dream Radar or Pokémon Transporter together with Twilightmenu.
I know of no video, but here is a small "guide":
To use this patch, you configure your...
That sounds pretty odd. I don't see how the display of 0 fps should affect ntr viewer at all. It also sounds like a problem with ntr viewer itself, because displaying 0fps when there are, indeed, zero frames per second, is intended behaviour.

That honestly looks like a ntr viewer...
I guess I took some wrong assumptions. It's true that just because the CPU technically supports GBA games, that doesn't mean that it is possible to use the hardware configuration of a specific device to run these games. Thanks for the clarification!
The DS has an ARM9 and an ARM7 processor, enabling GBA support by utilizing the ARM7 processor, similar to the ARM7 processor of the GBA. This ARM7 processor didn't get removed in the DSi, as this processor is also being used in DS mode.
Theoretically it should be possible to enable GBA...
The problem is, that the 3DS reboots into another mode to play DS and GBA games. That's also the reason why the menu that opens when using the home button is different when playing DS/GBA games. After rebooting into DS/GBA mode, NTR is not loaded anymore and thus it can't stream in the background.
It's still a dump. You don't know if you have a clean dump, if you downloaded it from some shady website. Besides that, it's generally not advised to brag online about commiting crimes lol
Your dump was probably not clean. Also, every time you patch game files, something can go wrong. Just copy your files before patching something. That should be basic knowledge.
But yeah, RC24 is the culprit here lol
You can either rename your roms to black2.nds and white2.nds accordingly, so that tools like TwilightMenu try to load black2.sav and white2.sav, or you could use the instructions on github to build patches for your own custom paths
PKSM is made with an entirely different use case in mind. You can use PKSM to transfer, edit or create Pokémon, or other save edits. This patch's whole purpose is to allow for connectivity between Dream Radar and non physical games.
You've probably changed some filename, or disabled Luma game...
To clarify: Your 3DS will automatically try to boot from SD and will fall back to your NAND, if that doesn't work. So as long as you have an SD card, with the correct files, inserted, it should boot from there. That should be the case if you followerd 3ds.hacks.guide.
I mean what would you really need that fast for tho, 500mb streams 4k fine. 1gb should be fine for 8k eventually. That's what I just switched to Spermrum.
