    Ok, but after I extract the 3ds file, there is no 'ExtractedRomFS' folder created. Therefore, I can't simply copy paste the files in the 'romfs' folder that came with the translation.     Hmm, I'm not sure what I did, but it's working now! I ddin't even extract the rom, replace any files, or rebuild it. I simply took the decrypted rom. I started Citra, installed the CIA and ran the rom. Most of it is in English now, so not sure haha.
