Honestly I don't know what I am doing, I just following vita hacks guide whick it tell me to install it. I do did some search about vita homebrew browser but it seems they are for vita-only homebrew
Following the vita hacks guide to install Adrenaline and PSP Homebrew Browser, Adrenaline seems work (havent test any games yet) but when I try to launch PSP Homebrew Browser it just stuck at title image for the rest of eternity
I check config.txt it seems there is no typo

@K3Nv2 He was looking into consoles for his house anyway (for my younger siblings and himself) and I had a spare XSX and Switch I ended up selling him at pretty steep cuts. I would just give them to him, but I did buy them with the intent to sell them... and college is super expensive.
