Famous leaker, Midori, is stepping away from leaking games

Well that sucks. It was nice to at least hear SOMETHING about Persona 6 instead of silence. Constantly hinting at announcing it only to back out at the last second is getting pretty annoying from Atlus.

I got a question. I have Question. I have a Nintendo switch that is v2 What do you think the chance is if I try to mod I mean. Have you guys tried?

It would require a mod chip. If you're comfortable soldering that in then go for it. The chips themselves are pretty cheap, I think about $10 on Aliexpress or something?

    Tutorial PS4 Exploit Guide

It's been a common trend recently that exploits have just been previously discovered ones that are somehow not patched in the PS4/5. Just got to hope the trend continues.

    Baldi’s Basics on N64?

From memory, Baldi's Basics is made in Unity. There is no way to directly port a Unity game to work on the N64. It would have to be re-written from scratch for the console. A lot of effort but probably possible, don't know enough about the game to say for sure.

Hacking Homebrew Sonic Adventure DX Decomp for Switch

As far as I know, no one has even started an sa2 decompilation so even if it was started now, it'd be years before finishing.

Hacking Homebrew Sonic Adventure DX Decomp for Switch

I don't think there is a finished decompilation of SA1. Only 2 I know of are one that got abandoned ~14 years ago and another that is a work in progress but not sure how far along it is. Without a finished decompilation, it's impossible. It is also not easy to port a game to another console...

    Tutorial PS4 Exploit Guide

Yeah it should read them, just no software to do so. And it would be way easier to just buy a cheap external reader/writer lol.

A lot of them include lasers for both, which is what makes them backwards compatible. Image shows what that looks like (can see the 2 different lenses).

Blu-ray drives are backwards compatible with DVD and CD. It's just software that's needed to allow it to make use of that.

Assuming by self-host you do not want to block internet access, all you need to do is host a web server. Apache or Nginx should be enough to get you going.

Probably U.2 which is just a different interface for SSDs. Not sure why it's mentioned since PS5 doesn't support it without adapters afaik.

  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
Do you have a surge protector or an UPS?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea but to play the next gen games, you must have those games on internal, or buy the official ssd expansion cards, which are expensive
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, dunno what each one of those are
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, my PS3 was already modded when my dad bought it for me and my brother
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
A surge protector is a device that protects your electronics from fluctuations. I recommend having your console plugged into one of those
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
An UPS is even better because it has an internal battery that keeps your system on even if the power goes out, but it's much more expensive obviously
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, oh i recall seeing one in some in the houses of some relatives, including my dad's apartment
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, although whatever device we plug into them stops getting power anyways lol
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
    that's weird
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, and oh i was talking about ups
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
