Well that sucks. It was nice to at least hear SOMETHING about Persona 6 instead of silence. Constantly hinting at announcing it only to back out at the last second is getting pretty annoying from Atlus.
It would require a mod chip. If you're comfortable soldering that in then go for it. The chips themselves are pretty cheap, I think about $10 on Aliexpress or something?
It's been a common trend recently that exploits have just been previously discovered ones that are somehow not patched in the PS4/5. Just got to hope the trend continues.
From memory, Baldi's Basics is made in Unity. There is no way to directly port a Unity game to work on the N64.
It would have to be re-written from scratch for the console. A lot of effort but probably possible, don't know enough about the game to say for sure.
I don't think there is a finished decompilation of SA1. Only 2 I know of are one that got abandoned ~14 years ago and another that is a work in progress but not sure how far along it is. Without a finished decompilation, it's impossible.
It is also not easy to port a game to another console...
A lot of them include lasers for both, which is what makes them backwards compatible. Image shows what that looks like (can see the 2 different lenses).
Assuming by self-host you do not want to block internet access, all you need to do is host a web server. Apache or Nginx should be enough to get you going.
On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
