    I can confirm this seems to work for me as well. Boot the game in handheld mode and wait untill the game loads and you see the continue sceen then switch to docked mode. I could watch a cutscene where vulkan would normally 100% crash. Could the fix really be this easy :unsure: - EA2878 EDIT...

    no still crashes in cutscenes. we have to switch between vulkan and opengl in cutscenes.

    game looks absolutely stunning in vulkan and FSR. cant wait to see whats possible with future mods and optimisations.

    vulkan cutscene crashes seems to occur everytime when there are these particles shown during cutscenes. even in opengl there is a tiny second when there is a small freeze in the exact moment when vulkan would crash in the cutscene (it does not crash in opengl tho just a small freeze)

    Yeah the game performance absolutely tanks when you reach chapter 2 with the bigger map and the many monsters on the map during combat if you have any kind of resmod activated. ryzen 5600x, 3070.

    The stutter in cutscenes has most likely to do with shader recompiling during cutscenes (because we see them first time obviously). OpenGL is very bad with Yuzu regarding shader, and I guess when Vulkan will be working it will be a way smoother experience during cutscenes.
