Remove Parental Controls Switch Modded

I have a modded switch lite and I need to remove the parental controls.

So far I have only seen one Homebrew app to remove these on GBAtemp.

I do have two questions.

1) I would be forced to run CFW on sysnand to remove the controls, would this ban my system?

2) I think some of the controls are linked to an app. Would I be able to remove this even with 90dns blocking nintendo?

You need just to get the Device ID.

https://github.com/joel16/SwitchIdent - can get this. No running CFW on Sysnand won't ban you. But I would get the Device ID, then restart it without Atmosphere or such and remove the parental code.

No longer works if you have firmware 14.1.2/15.0.0 or higher. You have to dump your Switch master keys and decrypt the parental controls somehow. How would you go about doing that? Probably with something like TegraExplorer to view the console master key, and then using some other HB app if there is one that exists which can decrypt/generate a Parental Control key based on the master key.
