So I’ve built my first proper gaming pc at the grand old age of 47 which outputs to a 65 inch 120hz 4k oled. specs are 14900kf, 4090, 32gb ddr 5 ram and windows 11.
I also have in my possession an Asus Rog Ally which I would like if possible to be able to stream from my PC over to it so I can...
I've literally just bought a PS3 to put cfw on it, what great timing!
Is it safe to assume that I can follow a guide like normal to install up to 4.90 and then install cfw like normal?
I've seen there is a spoofing method after this so that you can still get access to PSN regardless, do this...
I've already added that line in my config file but it still doesn't give me any other options. I haven't done the CPU and Gpu uv2 yet, would that be stopping the higher clocks even showing?
I can see in that table the option to set a memory clock speed but not one for CPU or GPU? There are voltage settings etc but Im not sure what to change?
When I bring up sys clk-oc, my memory overclock is shown and selectable, but CPU and GPU are 1963 and 998 respectively. I can't figure out...
Am stumped a bit with this software. I can figure out how to take my memory clock above and beyond but how do I enable a higher GPU and CPU clock?
No matter what I do on my oled switch, with the overlay I can only see 998mhz for the GPU and 1963 for the CPU. How do you allow these to go higher?
These mini pcs are starting to get a foothold in the market from what I can see from friends and family. I have the Asus Rog and it's literally made my ps5 and switch gather dust
Is this considered the best way currently then to get the most performance out of a switch? I have been out of the loop for about 9 months but on my oled switch I can overclock the ram to about 1900, the GPU to 998 and CPU using an unofficial sys clk but I'd really like to push it further to...
The issue is there, I've seen it across numerous switch models. Whether you notice these micro stutters is another thing entirely. Its minor, bit annoying if you are susceptible to it.
I tried the standalone ppsspp and its good apart from seemingly annoying micro stutters and it doesn't matter what game you play. I've heard ppsspp is better when played under android on switch but I haven't tested that out .
On handheld on an oled switch I clock the memory to 1996mhz (I think it's that). And provide a boost to 768mhz on the GPU and I get zero framedrops anywhere l, even on the difficult spots. I leave the CPU speed at stock.
This is running docked in handheld mode too with reverse nx. So...
I know this is me being dumb but I mostly play my hacked switch oled in handheld mode, and aside from going in to tinfoil every now and again I have all wireless connections off to be safe from Nintendo's servers. But today I decided to play in the dock and I can't figure out how to stop it...
A lot of people saying the switch is an underpowered peace of shit. That may be so, but you can mitigate that with emulators, hence why they exist.
Hell, you can mitigate a lot of the problems on the hardware. My oled switch with reversenx and overclocking (which isn't really overclocking)...
I have a microsd card in my switch and I notice that it has a 64gb partition called "other" that seemingly has 0kb free on it. Is this standard?
I have switch SD partition like I'd expect but then also this 64gb partition which I wouldn't mind the space back if it was possible
Has a patch ever been made to solve the horrible 50fps scrolling found in Actraiser? I know there is a patch for the pc version to change the scrolling from 50 to 60hz. Wondered if this was ever fixed unofficially in the switch version.
Does it or should it matter when you press R on a game to get to homebrew which game you do it on?
I say this because on some games if I highlight them and load up retroarch I can get slight performance issues, but using different games to highlight can cause no issues whatsoever.
I can...
To be perfectly honest, all you have to do in reality is change your GPU to 768mhz, leave your CPU as it is at default and there are your docked speeds right there. I've notice no issues with battery and even power draw isn't that much more. Even at 768mhz on the GPU my fan doesn't kick in any...
I quite liked the first episode apart from the bit where Joel and Tess found out Ellie was infected. It didn't have any punch whatsoever like the game did. Other than that it was pretty solid.
Can't figure this out. I can enable cheats when a game boots. For example, Octopath Traveler, I enable 60fps, change a few graphic settings and everything is great.
When I come out of that game and go back on later, all the cheats have gone back to default, as in everything OFF. Can these be...
i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
I have a few of those boat anchors in my basement I tried giving away but no one wanted them, So anyone close to Columbus, Ohio area that wants them, (26", 2x 19") please come get, for free.
