It means that the cheats don't work with the rom dump of the game that you have. You don't have to restart the save; you'll need to find a rom that has the same game id as the original game id of the cheat table before you changed it.
This is probably because the game id of dump you're using doesn't match the corresponding game id of the cheat table. There were revisions of many DS games, and, many modified dumps were released into the web over a decade ago. Use r4cce to clone to manually edit the Game ID/Code of the cheat...
You can use r4cce to clone the cheat table for a certain game and then manually edit the Game ID/Code of the cloned table with the one of the patched rom.
Yes, that sort of pre-condition is not good for their reputation. All this card has going for it right now is that it is probably the most aesthetically pleasing DS card. For any sort of actual game-playing there are better options at much cheaper prices.
Huge disappointment that their modern DS card doesn't have RTS while their over a decade old EZ Flash Vi did.
Someone in China needs to hurry up and start churning out DSOnei clones with full 3DS version compatibility.
The MegaMan Starforce Red Joker Hard Mode v1.1 code doesn't work on any flashcart's firmware (tested WOOD/AKAIO/EOS/YSMENU). It's only working with nds-bootstrap via TwilightMenu++. The game just won't start and hangs at a white screen when run with it enabled. I haven't tested with the undub...
I've been using the SD Card Formatter tool on a set of 2GB and 16GB cards before trying every new set of files. Just tried the Twilight Menu files, didn't work either. Still stuck on the loading screen. Oh well I guess this card is just a lemon.
Can anyone help me with this mystery cart. Autoboots in a DS Lite, stuck at the "Loading..." screen with/without sd card or firmware. Shows up as "Star Wars Lethal Alliance" on DSi. I've already tried BL2CK, R4i-SDHC YSMenu, and the 1.85b R4i-SDHC files.
I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi
