... but If not try this:
Oblivion Comprehensive Modding Guide by Dispensation , but honestly I think it depends on what you want to do in the game. You already had a few mods, so you might realize as you're playing, some mods make you too powerful, or dont do anything worthwhile. So read the descriptions on what you install...and good luck!

the best part about modding is spending 100 hours getting all the mods together, and making sure it works...starting the game once and never playing it again!! (jokes, but yeah)
