Duplicate [BUG] Top Right Panel and Navigation Collapses?

Since the "False Alarm" this has been happening.

Notice the Sandwich Icon and the Message, Alerts and Image icon missing.
This happens when I click an alert to see what was quoted for example, and sometimes happens after I edit or post a message.

Clear your browser's cache. Seems to have done the trick for me.

Edit: I lied. It started happening again.

We can tag some of the owners of the site perhaps? That would be a good idea on getting the bug known faster methinks. Or the IRC channel?

This is still happening and its so f***** annoying cause I gotta keep manually going to gbatemp.net homepage or the thread link directly for it to show the notification bar, CTRL+F5/Reload etc doesnt work either, i gotta basically make a new tab and go to the homepage for it to start showing it.

Doing shift+f5 fixed it for me.
