Why am I hearing that you can go to Thread Tools -> "open" then? Is that something of the past, now?

Locking own threads would be nice, but then again, big threads created which aren't supposed to be locked might be locked by the OP for no good reason.
well it says "Mini-mod" as issacs title. i'm assuming he has some extra mini mod tools? unless that's just a joke title.

It could be the fact that he has over 4000 posts, he can now do that. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Moderator privileges are not awarded for post count. That would encourage spamming.

Some threads can have special rights given to users.
a user can be granted edition right to the first post of a thread, for maintaining guides updated while the initial user is not coming here anymore or banned for example.
We can also provide moderation right to someone on specific thread, to maintain the order in a thread, delete illegal posts, etc.
maybe these special moderation right in a single thread allows closing it. it's on a case basis, not a global privilege right. (for example, trusted users temporarily helping the staff in pokemon release thread)

You can create your own title by hovering over your name in the top right, clicking "Personal Details", and editing the "Custom Title." Just because it says I'm GBAtemp's Official frill-necked lizard, that doesn't mean it's actually true. Although you'd never know...

and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses) -

There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"

i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect

Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.+1
