Feedback CFW to OFW save transfer (Violet/Scarlet)

So basically, I have 2 Switches, one with CFW and another untouched. I have been playing Violet on my CFW Switch.
If I wanted to transfer my Violet save using the switch transfer tool (I don't care about getting the CFW Switch banned, and assuming it isn't already). Is it possible?
My main concern is the OFW Switch being banned or getting banned from Pokémon Online.

this is very dependant on what you have done with your save.. if the save you are transferring to the OFW switch is fully legal then you will most likely be fine. do be aware that to use the switch data transfer tool, both switches must be on the latest firmware version and connected to the internet

Once your CFW switch is banned you will no longer be able to use Ninty’s Cloud Save option, so this would only work the first couple of times and then you will be cut off from this method.

Play a playthrough on the OFW switch if you are afraid of getting banned, using homebrew has moderate chance of a ban.

Yeah, I figured I'd get the CFW Switch banned for going online, I'm not really concerned by this at all (it may already be banned since I transferred my BoTW save earlier this year), I can still use the local play option, which is all I really need from this Switch.
I'm not sure if you quite understand that I simply just want to transfer the save data to another OFW Switch, not use the cloud option. I figure I could just make a backup of the save data with Edizon before transferring it and restore it later.
The only concern I have is my OFW Switch incurring some penalty.

It's a little bit edited, nothing major, just completed the Pokédex using Pkhex. I'm not a complete moron, I don't have 999 stat Pokémon or anything.
