Hacking Emulation PS1/2 How to convert Dexdrive memory cards (.gme) to PS3 ps1 memory cards (.VM1)

is there anyway? i have a broken computer that turns off after 5 minutes so i cant use a simple tool to convert them. Also on that same computer PSV exporter isnt working (Only showing the date of the MCS file.)

Ps1 saves are 8kb, and you can grab it from any format, from SC down 0x2000 in length/block. All these formats do is add a header with top information.
