GCN Is there a way to copy saves to a legitimate GBA cartridge with a Game Boy Player/link cable?

So I recently set up Swiss on my Gamecube so that I could not only mess around with GBA Link Cable games, but also buy a Game Boy Player without needing the disc. I know GBI and GBA Link Cable Dumper can dump save files, but I was curious whether restoring saves is possible?

This should do everything, including dumping and restoring gba saves to a gba cartridge from a gc or wii

I went through this not too long ago trying to clear a sonic advance chao save.
