Locate Nand Backup Files

I want to move my Nand Backup in my SD Card to my computer but I don't know which is which that I need to move

I am planning on removing the nand backup files from my SD Card as my sd card only have 2gb maximum size.

But I don't know which are the nand files in my SD Card and I want to move it to my pc so i can remove it to my sd card.

Can anyone help me?

SD:/nand.bin
SD:/keys.bin

Please store them on multiple media. Best in a folder containing the serial number of your Wii to be able to find the correct files if you have more than one console.
