The HD Textures for this game are incomplete due to the irregularities of dumping of images from the pcsx2 emulator. Images like during conversation, certain images the HD Textures will work or will not work at all. Also, A lot of fonts cannot be upscaled, bad dump. It's up to you whether to use this incomplete pack but as of the moment, this game cannot be completely upscaled until the emulator fixes the dumping issue for this game.
Converting the PNG files to DDS files results in a lot of issues for this game so, I leave it to PNG file format.
