Night of the Sacrifice: Ikenie no yoru (How to install custom save file for English patch?

So I found an English patch for Night of the Sacrifice: Ikenie no Yoru, which is a Wii Horror game that is compatible with the balance board. Though from what I can see, there is a save file that comes with the game. How would I go about installing that into my vWii? I've never used any sort of save backup software before on the Wii U and an unsure how to go about this.

EDIT:Sorry, I meant how do you do this on Wii U?

hey. when i tried to type on cmd it says "Can't Open The File."
