Gaming Hacking Homebrew Emulation Nintendont not opening on wii

Ive been using nintendont and wiiflow for a long time but all of a sudden when i decide to add some new games on a different sd card they start gaving me problems. When i try to open Nintendont it freezes the whole system with the screen that says "Loading ios58 Kernel" and when i open a gamecube game on wiiflow it goes black and freezes. The wierd thing is that with wiiflow that only happens with gamecube games. Does anyone know a fix to this

Are your cios, IOS up to date?

Is your loader (wiiflow 5.5.0) up to date?

Is your new SD card official and not counterfeit? Is it a micro SD or SD card (format FAT32?)?

my wiiflow isnt up to date but when i updated it now my wii games dont work and the gamecube games dont work. The cios are updated please help.
