Homebrew Rockband 2 dlc?

I have tried for several hours to get the rock band 2 dlc installed, mainly trying wad2bin (mariocube guide). The main issue I have found so far is that I can't patch vIOS 37. I have seen other people on vwii with the patches that I need, but I can't find anywhere how to get them. Is there anyway to get rockband 2 dlc on vwii?

it's easier to convert the songs from any format as valid bin files... yeah, it's time expensive but at least that works for me

Are you referring to in general, or on Rock Band 2? Because RB2 DLC works on Rock band 3 via game compatibility, So my guess is that Rock Band 2 is too heavily reliant on the Wii servers for functionality. I would love for someone to prove me wrong and fix this
