Translation for old GB game

When I was young I got a bootleg Gameboy cartridge with 30 something game. Including the one in the picture.
I really loved this game and I would like to get a Western cartridge if it ever was released in the west, if not I will settle for a Japanese version. But since I don't understand Japanese I don't know what to search for.

The game is called Serpent by Naxat Soft. It had a Western release too.
