Ubisoft shares upcoming lineup of 'Assassin's Creed' games
Ubisoft has a lot of plans for its Assassin's Creed franchise and the company shared details about those plans during its Ubisoft Forward event over the weekend. A handy recap trailer was published to help us catch up with the upcoming titles of the series:
- Assassin's Creed Valhalla - The Last Chapter: New free story to conclude Eivor's saga, coming later this year
- Assassin's Creed Mirage: Set in 9th century Baghdad, homage to original AC games, coming 2023
- Assassin's Creed Codename JADE: Mobile game, set in ancient China
- Assassin's Creed Codename HEXE: New flagship title
- Assassin's Creed Codename RED: Open-world RPG, set in feudal Japan
In Assassin’s Creed Mirage, you are Basim, a cunning street thief with nightmarish visions, seeking answers and justice. After an act of deadly retribution, Basim flees Baghdad and joins an ancient organization – The Hidden Ones. As he learns their mysterious rituals and powerful tenets, he will hone his unique abilities, discover his true nature, and come to understand a new Creed – one that will change his fate in ways he never could have imagined.
