Removed the Credit Card option on the xmb tab

Sony announced that it would not support credit cards on the PS3 Store so I removed this option.

Changes for 4.88 hen

I made some more intricate changes for hen specifically, since it cant take advantage to different environments like cfw does.
Other thing is that I dont know exactly what changes Sony made in 4.88 so I didnt made a version for cfw, especially because cfw have different versions modified by different people, hen is the same when a fresh install is done.

Updated howto text

Just updated the howto text since it was a bit broken because I just typed that for my own reference
