DSTT Core Firmware Update DSi 1.4.3/3DS 2.1.0-4 1

Good news for all the guys who possesed the flashcard dstti, thanks for the updated file ,we can use the dstti with our machine at the last version.
There're 3ds v2.1.0-4 and dsi v1.4.3.
