I figured out what went wrong with the scrollbar (I made it too long so the lower pixels went into the background), so to prevent myself and any of you from being driven insane by it, I went out of my way to make it not-so screwed up.
(Tested on my EDGE flashcart again. It worked!)
This may not be the last update, as I feel I may still be able to change some things around in the future.

I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram+1
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi -
