Give a 5.00 update file to this Windows program to create a CIPL bootable memory stick with the following features:
  • Hold L to boot DC8, nothing to boot from nand (no need to have a 2nd non-pandora battery)
  • Non-MagicGate sticks supported
  • 32GB and over sticks supported

See Rain's PSP Tool for an on-console implementation also supporting older system/DC versions, and the ability to change battery serial numbers (PSP-1000 only, also included in ME CFWs' recovery menu)
