This Surface Area and Volume Calculator calculates the surface area and volume of various geometric shapes such as cube, rectangular and triangular prism, cylinder, pyramid, cone, and sphere. It is quick and easy to use with pictures; all you have to do is type in the measurements and you get the surface area and volume of the shape.
It is a lot faster, simpler, and comfortable to use this than to have to put in the formula into a calculator and hope that nothing has been mistyped. Especially in shapes that have formulas with a lot of separate parts.
How to use:
In order for the program to give a measurement, you have to fill out all the boxes. The program tells you which measurements it's going to use, so it won't make a difference if you type in 0 for the other boxes, but you will still need to fill them out (even it it's just with 0)
There is also a pythagoras calculator in this program for use if you need it. Once again, all you need to do is type in the two merasurements for the two sides of the triengle and the hypotenuse will be given to you, or the other way around.
You can:
- Use it any way you like
- Use it in class if your teacher allows you (on your laptop if you have one)
- Use it at home for your homework (also if your teacher allows you)
- Give it to people you know (friends, family members, teachers)
- Modify this program, but you can't get full credit for it because you did not write it fully
You cannot:
- Tell anyone that this is your work
- Sell this program without my permission
- Publish it under your or anyone else's name or put it on the internet under your or anyone else's name
