"To use XLINK you must have a PC running Windows 98 SE or above. It is advisable to have over 300MB of disc space free for storing the saved games you transfer from your GBA XPLODER Cartridge. Your PC will also need a CD ROM drive and one free USB port"
This disc allows you to create a database of cheats and save games. If you have the Xlink cable with your XPLODER Advance you can transfer cheats to and from your Xploder cart. The disc's software has a modest selection of cheats and saves already in the database, ready to transfer.
After transferring cheats, don't forget to click the UPDATE button below the GBA list
I found that the software crashed when transferring a lot of cheats on a windows 10 machine. Maybe try and use WIN98 compatibility mode OR just copy over one game folder of cheats at a time
