Hacking GCN Any way to Remove Wind Waker Dithering by Hex Edit or Gecko?

So, I’m using Wind Waker with Swiss with alpha dithering disabled, and the game still has a ton of dithering. Can someone help me to find a way to hex edit the game or use a Gecko code to disable this dithering? Any help is much appreciated, the game looks very rough on my HDTV.

Isn't the dithering baked in to the textures?
I'm way out of my league here but I think what you need is a texture pack.

No, the dithering is used in the rendering of various color shades and transparent objects. It is especially noticable at night anywhere in the Great Sea. Also, I’m playing on hardware.
