Hacking Apply cheat codes to ISO (hard patch)

Is it possible to hard-patch an ISO with a code from http://geckocodes.org ? Gecko OS and USB Loader GX only soft patch the iso on-the-fly.

If you are wondering why, that's mainly to disable Fi's warnings in Skyward Swords and enable the CC in Donkey Kong Country, then convert the ISOs and install them on Wii U. :P
