yes but this mod allows you to convert older RF cables such as ones for sega genesis and lower without a need to open the console and solider also you can split the connections to allow both RF and AV

(also this is for peolpe who are just curious and dont want to pay for one since where i am they only have 360 wii and ps3 rf av cables also its worth more if its a multi because then you have all in 1

)

(also there seems to be 2 extra wires that cause a bright or dark effect when one or the other it not connected to ground allowing people to adjust the brightness of there out put or darkness by putting a POT adjustment on the end of the 2 wires)

Does the picture quality change at all? Because I have a NES Top Loader and am possibly gonna try this, but only if it makes some sort of difference. Either way, cool find.
