A Github user ddgcrew, Twitter handle name @dengocrew has attempted to translate the graphics using a modding tool located at Github GMMan/libdgf
seeing his 3 twitter posts he made some progress but his Github is deleted?
His last update was on Feb 18, 2021

Posting to see If Anyone has some info on the topic, maybe spark an interest in the series!
