Hacking Distorted-looking UI in Colors! 3D following the use of NTR corruption plugins

Hello world! After recently trying out the NTR CFW corruptions plugin by shutterbug2000, I've been noticing this happening whenever I use the Colors! 3D app on my New 3DS LL:

While it doesn't technically interfere with the painting process, it makes menu navigation quite unpleasant, to say the least. I'm not sure if it actually has any correlation to the aforementioned plugins, as they claim to have no lasting side effects, but here is everything I've tried so far that has not worked:
-Downgrade from Luma3DS 13.1 to 13.0.2 (what I'd been using before)
-Restore a NAND backup from prior to my last use of NTR CFW
-Delete and reinstall the app and extdata
-Switch to EUR/JPN versions of the app
Testing on my Old 3DS XL revealed no such issue, so I am starting to get a little bit worried that it's a hardware issue and not something in software. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

It has an issue with L2 cache, so you need to disable it. You may have inadvertently enabled it
