Help Needed!!!!

I bought a mod chip and had a guy install it in my oled switch. He messaged me today after doing a function test with a video showing the chip led flash blue and hole, then switch to yellow and hold and flash yellow twice. He says he's not greated with hwfly sd card screen instead the switch boots into ofw.... what could be wrong here??

One long, one short yellow light is Dat0 is not connected. Tell him to check the connection again. What value does he read in diode mode.

Re checked connections and they're all solid

how did he fit the Dat0 adapter ? Did he checked for the reference values between Dat0 and GRD connection ?

@Mike1983 have him try it without the back on and to make sure the cable for the qsb is in straight. if it boots properly, he needs to secure the cable in place. i had this happen with a system, and it drove me nuts as it wasnt even moving all that much. so i used solder mask to secure it in place
