ROM Hack -How to- merge .bin into fpkg update on PS4

Hello, I would like to merge a .bin file (mod menu for Red Dead Redemption 2) into the update file so that it is always available within the game and I don't need to inject the .bin file every time I launch the game.
The same has been achieved with the mod menu of Last of us 2 which was baked into the update file itself.
So any tools to point me to or a tutorial ?

You need to unpack the fpkg file and then include the .bin file you want and rebuild it.

The only bin that comes with all games is the eboot. Decrypt with orbis-pub-chk. Gen is compatible with fself so you won't have to decrypt the eboot or modules.
