for this guide you will need a special rar file which will contain a vhd and a loose folder.
search for Xbox OS Alpha source Halohackz

1. Open disk management
2. create a new dynamically expanding VHD with an MBR partition style and ntfs filesystem
3. create a win8pe iso following this guide https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825109.aspx
4. open the recovery gdf (which is in the root of the XBone-os folder) in the 7zip v15.05 beta
5. copy the files from the gdf into the VHD
6. create a new vm with the VHD as the hard drive and boot into the winpe 8 iso
7. run diskpart
8. run list volume
9. run select volume x (replace x with the volume number for the hard drive)
10. run active (to mark the disk as active)
11. remove the winpe 8 virtual disc disk from the virtual drive
12. you can now reboot and use the vm

if you want to navigate the menus you need to plug in an xbox 360 controller

Hopefully this will help us in getting the retail Xbox One VM on PC with the ability to play Xbox One games that or with Xbox Game Pass and Phil Spencer saying they want to bring Xbox 360/Xbox OG BC to Windows 10 they just do that.
