I did warn about that. The other gametypes should be fine still but not ctf.
Its not the map problem but the gametype. They didn't have time to update/focus on capture the flag when makin the final demo.

Tim Sweeney wrote or co-wrote the Unreal Engine. What have you written? Nothing. You can't even make one proper new level. You can only copy and paste random brushes (pieces of geometry) or import levels often without caring what textures might get assigned resulting in default textured messes.
And in the meantime I can't even show my talent in making levels or whatever else while I get hated and shitted on and get no support, but people still like you more because you're less rude. Ini files are common for windows programs....
even Unreal 0.83 from 1996 had such files. Way before there was any prototype of Quake 2. Quake 2 ended up being released before Unreal, due to delays and reboots in developement of Unreal, but Unreal started developement before the first Quake even had first screenshots!
It pisses me off to no end that actually Quake 2 ended up taking ideas from press versions of Unreal and the mainstream then didn't see Unreal as innovative as it should have been. And then comes you with the "ini" stuff. Facepalm worthy. goddamnit.

You are lost without precise tutorials. You can't imagine that botpack.ctfgame isn't there or whatever. You have to use the jazz3d equivalent but I told you, CTF only works properly on version 224, its broken in the later versions....

BotPack is for Unreal Tournament gameplay only, not for jazz jackrabbit even if you use the combined jazz ut version. Then stuff will work like with the tutorial except its the wrong gametype still for jazz3d maps. Goddamnit.

Also...those things in "preferences" aka Advanced Options, that's gametypes from Unreal as they are still defined in the int file....those are not jj3d ones. They do not appear in advanced options unless you'd edit the int files to create entries for them. But its not that important here...

Besides yesterday I fixed 224 build of Jazz 3 Tech Demo. I just only extracted once again those files and replaced them so no more JazzArt is missing.
Besides is there such tutorial for 224 build or is it just only for 436 build instead? I wonder of where to find such file RunServer.bat.
It should be possible actually. But if not you can still copy most of the files over and rename unrealtournament.exe to jazz3d.exe instead.
Just like that. But make a separate directory for the operation just in case. You don't want to mess up your current install.

Also with other things and how he first believed the schizophrenic roninmastafx that made up stories about Unreal betas that were to be released (it was a hoax) and I contacted digital extremes and epic about it, it all turned out to be false anyways.

Though their UT3 Domination mod was at first full of bugs, he was basically the guy who started it but he wasn't very good technically. And then he got more into the older games, made up a story about Mark Rein knowing his dad, said that he has ALL the Unreal developement betas and even of UT Unreal 2, EVERYTHING under the sun. It sounded too good to be true. When asked for proof he was stalling and was instead pushing his friend GreatEmerald to tell stories for him.
GreatEmerald wasn't a bad guy he was just naieve guy who believed RUFX too much and became the frontman. But then stuff started to sound too implausible and well...epic and de told me that there was no such agreement to release those beta versions to public and soon after he made up a story they were all lost in flood and before that all of the unreal community blamed me that we could have had all those betas if I didn't start poking my nose into it.
And well...I proved over time by recovering lost leaks and even codedrops from some devs that most if not all those stories were bullshit and whatever ended up matching was from public sources or the gw stretegy guide etc. But he knew nothing about DmSolaris...which was in that newly recovered beta and there were no release candidates until few days before release and that was literally just bugfixing and no changes in content anymore.
In other words, it was all nonsense and for a time we believed the Unreal II story could have been true but even that was false and didn't match with reality. A lot of those lies started to get spread on Unreal wikis. Delacroix was also affected by this and the stuff in Division pack 2.0 is/was touched by this roninmastafx and he claimed that he recreated DmSplash from memory, how it was in some release candidate that he made up, it was bullshit, and it didn't even match the gw press screenshot which he claimed this was the same version basically (in reality he just modified the beta leak one from february 1998, and changed stuff horribly in the level, adding extra nonsensical portals at the between floor that were not there in any version. Gave the credit for the level to Inoxx, even though he denied having made that level in the original beta (the author field was unfilled).
But yea everyone trusted him because after all, he won some money in an official UT3 content contest and everyone thought the guy is genuine. Except he turned out to be GENUINE SCHIZOPHRENIC.
He needed professional help. NOT ME.
