Mario Kart 8 Deluxe camera mod request

I find the driving camera for MK8 too close to the kart. In the N64 version you could press a button to move the camera back which wasn't so claustrophobic is there a mod / option / cheat available to move the camera back when driving? Is there somewhere a person could request such a thing? Happy to through a few bucks at someone who thinks they could do this?

This would especially be handy in splitscreen where it's so close that you can't see shit.
