Gaming Release date for the PS Vita in Australia

A reliable source who will remain anomies tells me the release date for the PS Vita in Australia is October 31 my question is:- I have a PSP 3002 V5.03 and a DSi XL and I am thinking of getting the 3DS on the 12th of August when Nintendo drops the price or should I wait for the PS Vita ?

Entirely up to you. It's up to your game preference anyways.

Anyway, no matter how reliable, I still won't really trust the release date (Halloween eh?)
