Gaming Skyrim Won't Open

Hi! I'm having an issue on my steam deck OLED, where every time I try to open Skyrim: Anniversary Edition, the game appears to be loading (with the spinning circle around the deck logo) and then it immediately just goes back to the library page. I've tried a couple different fixes (such as forcing compatibility, uninstalling and reinstalling, and fully deleting the game's folder and reinstalling). None of these solutions have worked.

Do you guys have any fixes?

I've been playing Skyrim Special Edition on my Linux machine just earlier this week, and haven't had any problems. Which Proton version are you using?

Proton experimental, but the others dont seem to work either
