Fix networking mishap, new message type

Introducing protocoll alteration v2:
  • added 0x78 ComboEx (size=12)
    • +3 u8.7: isTouch
    • +4 u32: buttons
    • +8 s16: touchX
    • +A s16: touchY
Also fixed a networking mishap where the same message would be sent out twice, sometimes in the wrong order, causing weird lags and input stutters. The bug also overloaded the network stack of the 3DS, and it seems to be fixed for real this time.


This version is backwards-compatible with protocoll v1, and still benefits from the bugfixes, but for IPC latency reasons and network stack buggyness reasons it's advised to upgrade to a v2 Dummy client as soon as possible.
